    Which is better?
I have to travel to Montreal in 2 weeks and have never flown with Air Canada or long haul with BA. My best price options are AC and BA via LHR. With only a few euros between the two, who to choose? Any advice please...

I've flown both to Vancouver in the past - avoid Air Canada if you can (and their infamous inflight catering). Also BA's in-flight entertainment is much better then Air Canada's for economy passengers.

I've only travelled to Canada once and it was with Air Canada. NEVER again. They make Aer Lingus look good as a transatlantic option.

I just remembered Air Canada for their rubbery chicken dinners and bad in-flight entertainment system (which broke down halfway through a 9 hour flight).

But on the other hand, the Chief Steward on that particular flight was as camp as a row of tents and had me in stitches most of the way - think Jeremy Spake crossed with Billy Connelly...

But I would still recommend BA over Air Canada - nicer plances too. BA fly 747-400's to Vancouver against A330's of Air Canada. not sure what BA would be flying to Toronto

If not 747s then probably 777s
