Francis was a disgrace, its hard enough to make the change over anyway without going in with a big belly and crap fitness, he was a rubbish boxer anyway but could of still easily won standing if he was boxing fit, for those that might remember, francis had sponsorship on the soles of his boots.
i normally prefer the cage rage shows over ufc but was dissapointed with this 1, vitor was poor too.

Have to disagree with you there. I've seen Cage Rage twice, and I must say both times it's been a disappointment. The commentators and presenters don't help (possibly the worst ever?).

I find UFC to be far superior.

I think cards vary and both promotions have some great athletes and put on good shows.

Having been to both, though, the UFC is in a class of its own in terms of the production values it brings. The lights, the sound, the big screens... It's an amazing spectacle. But I suppose they have a lot more money to spend?

getting in the ring to be butchered by tyson does not make you good,i would fight tyson for a million or so! he was a handbag at best-he won the commonwealth title because there was no british heavyweights to fight him! big wow, i was still looking forward to see him as i thought he had enough to do well on his feet in mma but he did not even bother his arrse trying to get in shape, thats not a winner. got a payday and should not be brought back unless its against butterbean or something, and he'd get ko'd quick by butterbean which i'd enjoy!
