Nope. Everyone loves them. It's just you that has the problem.

Maybe you should see a professional or join a club or society.

No need to thank me, I'm just glad to help out. :)

They should put more money into their completely shíte infrastructure before advertising their product. Shower of muppets tbh.

I'd love to ring them up and tell them I plan on ordering clearwire broadband but unfortunately I can't make toast. Then ask them for a step by step guide on how to make toast. :D

i was at the money show the other week in the RDS and they were there, giving away free keyrings with the shopping trolley token. anyhoo, i wanted one and had to listen to some woman going on about how i should change my broadband over to them - €34.99 a month!!! i told that it was stupidly expensive and mine was only €14.99, she then told me i could get rid of landline if i move them. i was looking her for ages and then just asked could i have the keyring or not and walked away

That and the 'blue cube loans' ad spoil my morning radio experience.

the guy on the ads has the most annoying put on american accent I've ever heard. Why don't they just hire americans if they want american accents?*

*hopes beyond hope that the guy is actually not american so as not to look a complete tosser

Maybe that's why it is so slow.

Someone once told me that clearwire rang him up and told him he was using 26 per cent of the upload speed for the area.

He got a new broadband service.

I have always hated the Clearwire ads. They're so pretentious. We had Clearwire in the shared house I was in last year. It was got under my name coz I was the only one with a bank account at the time. They rang me once saying that a virus from my computer was infecting their entire network! I ran Norton and I was virus free.

The bitch of it is, they charge you €200 for early disconnection so I figured it'd be cheaper to keep it for the year (we were 7 mths into the contract when we were all leaving the house). Haven't used it since but the funny thing is I've only had 8 monthly bills in 12 months!

    Me 1, Clearwire 0 :D

I'm getting the fantastic download speed of 32 kb/s here on my 2mb connection.

Eircom, you may charge for a phone line I don't need, but I'm coming back, baby.
