Heres a clue as to why the mags don't wind, notice anything missing?

Gonna have to ask Shiva why all the 7's seem to have a problem with the hi cap, I bet if we all checked we'd find the same screw/washer/spring missing.....

Well Shiva just a retailer, its down to galaxy. There is a spring in mine, but its completely fubar.

Erm... not wanting to appear acrimonious or start anything, but

we (well, I at least) bought the MP7 and stuff from Eirsoft, not from Galaxy.

I'd say it's up to Eirsoft to sort the faulty mags story with Galaxy (and/or his supplier), and provide us with a solution, i.e. a replacement working mag (I'll settle for a low or midcap, mind ;)).

Also makes me wonder if that's the reason why Rsov took them offline for a while.

I sold it, its my problem.
I'm waiting to hear whats happening, but it might take a week or so.
If I can get replacement mags I'll replace the faulty ones, if not, anyone who isnt happy with the MP7 can return it to me for a full refund.

I'm kinda of the opinion that when you buy a clone you take your chances. Of all the things that could have been wrong, this is really minor, and shiva made no claim to test out the guns prior to use. He should probably let people know about the problem from now on or stop stocking the gun until galaxy fix the problem.

edited for shiva's post. The gun is great, theres no way i'll ever give it back, but replacement mag would be fine.

    All agreed with, entirely.

No rush and don't worry, as Boston said it's a fantastic piece of kit and a really minor gripe.

Solving the gripe would only add to your (already immense) kudos, but even if nothing ends up being done about it, I'm not about to give out for a faulty clone hicap :)

I have some Wellfire MP7 mags - I dont have any Galaxy's left to test them on, but if I'm at HRTA on Saturday and someone has a Galaxy there I'll check them out. If they work I'll replace the Galaxy mags with them.

If not, I'll get something sorted with the supplier.

They shouldn't be - one of them should have some form of indication (dotted grey or white line) to differentiate the respective polarities.

in case anyone wants to know...i was wrong one of the cables is white (well sort of)...this is the positive or red on your big charger, the black cable is well..black...or negative

so cut the cable and attach to your real chargers..on mine i can attach without a power cable into the wall and it shows when i have inserted the battery correctly...

I'll be alone with my mp7.
