A slight word of caution though, the letter does suggest a text competition to enter a draw for 6 nations tickets. Terms and conditions "on request". Could this be a premium rate sucker punch? Free Guinness and sign enough people up to an expensive text service?

Note it could be absolutely nothing but worth checking if anyone is intending to enter the comp.

Missed the postie yesterday and was wondering what the hell I'd ordered and forgotten about till I collected the Guinness pack this morning, had completely forgot about it. Pretty decent, T-shirt, glass, poster and voucher for 2 cans. I'll have to go get the cans now to try out that new glass, just to make sure there's nothing wrong with it you know.

I honestly didn't think they'd come through, I wonder will everyone get it or is it just a random selection, or maybe based on your answers to the questions they gave?

Because they're not and they're free! I assume in any event that fit a can of Guinness.

Received two packages on Wednesday for me and the other half. Very pleased with the T-shirt. Interesting to read the interview with Paul O'Connell in the magazine. At one stage he refers to a game in the 'League', but I assume Guinness censorship meant they couldn't bring themselves to mention the word Magners!!

I see that they also intend to send out further Guinness can vouchers shortly...

the reasoning behind the glasses being only 500ml is because guinness want the drink to look the part(ie head right up at the top) as well as taste good. trust me, they thought about it.

are you sure ? It could be anything, I mean a box with Guinness in it after you signed up for a Guinness Promo Box would be quite a shocker.
