    Hi all,

My wife and I are spending 2 weeks on the Royal and wonder if anyone here knows where we are likely to find a laundrette, or two, close to the canal.

    Thanks in advance

The Canal is fairly long, any idea of roughly where you'll be looking for a laundrette?

    Starting at 12th Lock/Blanchardstown.

Probably will get as far as Mullingar, but possibly not. On canal cruises we like to take it easy :D

Coming from California we don't want to truck a lot of clothing and certainly don't want to truck it all back dirty, although I've often wanted to do that just to see what the Customs Inspectors would do...
