Friend of mine used to live there, he loved the place. Great services and not much more expensive then Manor Village which is a kip (at least, in the apartments I have been in).

I do believe the enterance to each block is by code (or opened by another apartment) only. Security seems to be around also. Other then that.. the place seems OK.
