Employers Letter - 2nd time around

I applied in April for my first test and sent a letter and i got called 3 weeks later.... obviously i failed and applied again after the Leaving.. that was 7 weeks ago and i havent been called... am i in the system as a failure and is that the reason why I havent been called as soon as last time??

I think you could call them and see if you're on the cancellation list. Last time I got a cancellation it was just over four weeks, although the tester in Rathgar said it would be about six weeks. Ring Ballina and see what the story is.
