    Was too busy in work last night to post here, therefore I am extending the thread onto Saturday night too...

    Scheduled to work overnight 12-hour shifts last night (friday), tonight and tomorrow night. Its a real killer for me since I'm from Mitchelstown, and the annual festival is on this weekend. Its the one weekend when you don't need to arrange to meet up with old friends - everyone is out, no matter what. So last night and tonight, I have missed out on meeting about 50 old friends from school that I probably won't see for another year :( Oh yeah, drunkenness too :P

    The bitch of a thing is, I'm a student summer worker, i.e. holiday relief staff, therefore I am not entitled to take holiday days and am getting paid extra for them instead. On the other hand, I'm getting a polish dude to cover for me (im covering for him when he goes to poland in a few weeks), so I will get to go out on the biggest night of it all.
