Setting Speed Limiter on VW to > 0 KPH

Anyone know how to set the Speed Limit setting on a VW (Golf). I can turn this setting on and off but when i have it turned on, I cannot increase the speed limit warning above 0 KPH. I've tried using the buttons on the wiper controls but nothing seems to increase this to say 60 KPH etc. Any suggestions?

Not sure about a VW, but on an Audi you press the 'service' button (spanner) when you are travelling at the desired speed.

Usually these things are similar with Audi & VW.
