We have the 6MB package for the past year or so - and I've no complaints with them.

Although that said I don't use it for torrents or gamin and just use it for regular browsing.

Well I say no complaints... but obviously that is not including the fact that their customer service is ****e. I didn't feel the need to mention this originally as it seems to be common knowlege.... again though, I haven't had any cause to call them since it was installed
