Blocking a number from a mobile

Hi All A mates girlfriend is getting some nuisance calls from a heavy breathing idiot. Can she request Vodafone bar that number from her phone? I read on the Vodafone site they don't do this. She'd rather not change her number etc. Cheers

the only option she has is lodge an official complaint with the gardai who can get vodafone to do somethin through their own contact in vodafone they will need to have specific information such date, exact time, approx length of call

or change her number which she dosen't want to do
