    You can buy Wii points in shops and you can buy old games from the Wii with the points. More info. here http://uk.wii.com/movies/shopchannel/.

    yeah i feel sorry for the people who have the internet and are getting a wii after it expires now they have to pay

    That really is a pain in the ass, i've had my Wii since december & only just set up the wireless modem (after it had been sitting in the house for a week) on the 1st.

    They shouldn't be charging for a web browser anyway. A internet capable console shipped without an internet browser, f^&k sake like!

    This is my only complaint about nintendo - the fact they are charging for something that should be built in when you buy it. They advertise you can connect to the web and write e-mail as an enticement to buy the console. Okay i only use the internet on the wii every so often and if your going to buy a wii it will be for the gaming capibilites not the internet but it should still be free. Alright daily moan over.

    Well given that they're charging for it I would hope that they'll update it periodically, specifically improving it's ability to play flash video

    I'm pissed off that I dont know how to go on the internet. And I dont know anyone who knows how to either. And I cant find anyone that can tell me on the internet.
