Hi, Really need some advice on parts for a late 2003 toyota corolla I need a front bumper and left side (half I think it is called) panel It is the very common navy blue (government and police car colour) any scrap yard that would have them and fit them ? also need a new number plate

Have a look for local scrap yards in the goldenpages.

You will need to specify whether it is the Corolla hatchback or saloon too as both use different bumpers and panels. "Stellar Blue" is the offical Toyota name given to the navy colour you are discribing afaik.

You can get a new number plate made up in 5 mins at most motor factors.

two shades of navy on 2002-2004 Corollas.

Is it a saloon or Hatch. Also is it the pre or post facelift (side airbags and remote locking) model?
