Does anyone know any web based photo post software?

    Hello

    I'm looking for some web based photo post software. This would be software where I (only I) can upload a photo and people can comment on it.

    Something like this -> http://www.viceland.com/int/dos.php?country=uk

    Sounds simple enough but I can't find anything on the web like this!

    Can any of you recommend anything?
