Withdrawing from Stars to Neteller

Hey, I deposited money on pokerstars a couple of months back by credit card but am now thinking of setting up a neteller account. I was wondering if i could then transfer money from stars into this neteller account? The cashout policy on the stars website is a bit confusing and didn't really clarify too much. Cheers in…

Hey,

P.S. What fees do neteller charge? Again their website refers to fees but doesn't give an actual figure or percentage
