what about back massage?
Myself and the gf want to have our spines adjusted.
I'm considering visiting a chiropractors, but I don't want someone who wishes to artificially create repeat business.
If there's someone good (sports physio?), I would have a few other customers for them.

Heard of a very good guy in the midlands, particularly for bad backs, slipped discs etc.
Hurts like feck for a day or so afterwards, but you're pretty much good to go for the future, unless you injure yourself again.

My posture is also crap.

Check out Ray O Beara in the Crescent - the father swears by him. He can tell by looking at you how you sit in the evening and so on. Very good. Was on Tg4 at one stage.

I goto City Chiropractic on Merchants Road, To a Dr. shaun toner, lovely fella , very polite and professional. Will have you bout 2 times a week for a while then spaces out the appointments as you improve. Im down to once every month and a half more a less. Great guy! (€40 a session which is generally 10-15 minutes.) Although the initial session is slightly longer.

Interesting, I need some back adjustment too (not just my personality is out of wack). Would you have a number for O'Beara?

I went to O'Beara but it wasn't really my cup of tea. Didn't feel it did much change. Ended up going to Tomas Hemberg in Lisboan. He did a longer, more thorough, examination, even took x-rays.

Sorry to hear that - Anyone I know who has gone has got on fine that said the back is complex and well maybe he's not suited to everyone

This other guy was good anyways?

I'm sure he's grand with most people but after a few treatments I still didn't feel better so that's why I went elsewhere.
