Recommend good quality, secure, (relatively) light weight chain/lock

Hi,

Having recently purchased a new bike I'm concerned about it being stolen while in the city.

Can anyone recommend a good bike lock/chain which can't be cut with a bolt or wire cutters. Does any such chain exist or is the best I can hope for just something that will deter any potential thief?
