happened with my pa at a low volume which it was at most of the time because i had my ipod plugged into it between every song i could hear the described
somtimes it was rte lyric FM and others it was spanish or mexican or some ****

Same thing happened with me years ago. I had this little portable radio/cassette player and one time I was just tuning around the dial and picked up the sound of people walking around a house and talking and stuff. Didn't know what the hell was going on. Eventually I worked out what it was (that it was some neighbour's of ours baby monitor I was picking up) when I managed to hear them shagging later that night! :eek:

The same radio would sometimes (very faintly) pick up taxi radios and things like that as well when I wrapped a piece of wire around the aerial and let the other end hang out my bedroom window.

I used to get radio moscow very clearly on a guitar amp years ago.

And whats even more weird is that when I higher up the volume the talking goes away and when I lower the volume right down the talking gets louder?

They also make a loud 'pop' sound when a light is switched on or off!

yeah can u imagine how freaked i was when i turned my guitar amp to hear a priest saying mass!

Live beside a church so coppped it fairly quickly

I heard voices coming out of my guitar amp when the volume was up high. Thought I might have been picking up mobile calls. but then lent down to take a closer listen (being very careful not to hit any strings on my guitar or I'd be deaf) I could make out what was being said and I heard :

"Let us pray"

I was picking up the priest talking into his mic from the Church that's very close to my house!
