[Req] Where to find Q 102's recent music chart

Hi All, A few weeks back, Q102 (Dublin) had a bank holiday weekend chart counting down the top 500 or 1000 songs of all time, as voted for by the public. Does anyone know where this chart can be viewed? or Can anyone remember the correct full name of the chart so I can do a proper google search on it. Thanks in Advance
