    I was flipping through "the great puffin joke directory" published 1990 (dont ask why). And I came accross this joke (see attached image)

    Yeah literature seems to carry quite an amount of symbolic significance, each episode seems to either quote a book or be named after one, but I don't think literature carries any meaning relating to the overall plan of the series

    Nah i wouldn't pay much attention to the names of the eps, in relation to books.

    if they spent as much time giving us easter eggs with literature/music/the numbers/sawyers nicknames as they did on each episode in terms of plot development and character delevepmont....

    eh....too long a sentence...

    ...oh yeah - theeeeeeen, the show would be a lot better! :D

    Actually I was wondering does anyone know which forum Lindelof and Cuse take their questions from?
