I'm having a bit of a problem at the moment, I have a deviated septum which i'm hoping to get fixed this summer, however my partner is a light sleeper, as such if and inevitably when I do start snoring it wakes her up. This causes her to get a very bad night sleep leaving me feeling guilty and her cranky and annoyed.

I have tried lots of different things such as those nasal devices that supposedly stop snoring, and breathing through my mouth when I sleep but to no avail, has anyone else got any suggestions.

    thx

    Go to your pharmacist/doctor.
