Philex screened wallplate

    I have a bought a Philex screened wallplate from Maplins - f connector and dab/tv outlets.

    There are no wiring instructions, there is a metal plate at back but no way of accessin to wire in cables. Can anyone help?

    These things are OK for aerial + cable TV. Bad usually for satellite.

    No i have decided on use threaded f barrel connectors and separate feeds for tv and sat, if you dont the voltage in sat lead degrades the tv pic once connected

    Good plan. You can get blank plates in Electrical Wholesale. They sell to anyone for cash. Just drill them and use extra deep boxes so cable doesn't kink.
