eircom broadband-how long?

I ordered eircom broadband online last week. I was just wondering how long they usually take to install it after ordering. I couldn’t find any indication on their site.

I think they usually say 10 working days . Normally when you get your router it is fairly reasonable to assume that you have been set up.

I couldn't order online even though the line was passing the test.

I waited about seven working days to have line activated. The router arrived after the line was activated but I didn't mind as I had another one to use instead.
