    Hey,

was just wondering if anybody here has gone for hypnotherapy sessions in relation to a phobia and how it worked out? I'm thinking of giving it a shot, but i'm unsure where to go about it. Can anybody reccomend any clinics in Dublin City or near the Tallaght area? It's for a food related phobia if that makes any difference..

    Thanks for reading

I did it for flying , and i flew 2 days later . Flying is still a phobia but it worked alot. Basically a fear of somthing is caused when the unconsious part of your brain sends warning signs to your brain about somthing. In Hypnotism the hypnotist contacts your unconsious mind and gets it to send positive messages to your brain instead of negitive.

So for me i still have a little bit of fear but i also have excitment when i see a plain .
