....do I need a woman?

    Well one of my friends said myabe I need professional help so I ignored him and decided to post here, right so the background i broke up with a gf of 11 years about a year and a half ago and have developed amongst other issues insomnia. Since the break up have been with a couple of girls but only with a skinfull....and don't remember a huge amount about of those cos of my fondeness for white russians!

    Think I hate women, not female friends or girls in general as people, but can just about barely manage to 'touch myself' once a forthnight and have no interest in 'scoring', so what should I do???? do I really need to care about girls, whats wrong with drinking, listening to music, and playing xbox....but seriously no part of me really has any impetus to try and connect with a woman again, what should I do?

    11 years? Holy ****, and to break up? I'd prob be the same as you OP...that's rough. That would take an awful lot out of anyone...sorry for no constructive advice as such, i'm just saying, i'd prob be the same.

    Yeah exactly. I mean to be with one person for so long and then for it all to end cannot be easy for you. I think the root of your problem is the fact that you may still not be over your partner of 11 years. Very hard to give advice to on this but have you thought that maybe in time you will feel the same as you once did about women?

    It could be just the healing process is going to take you longer than normal.

    I kinda understand... Not 11 years understand but long-term understand. No girl can hope to compare with her, can suit you as much as that girl did for 11 years.

    I'd say you're fine. When the right girl comes along, you'll know. I'd love to be able to keep my mind off getting laid and actually become a productive human being because I know women will always be there.
