Can anyone recommend a cheap but effective angle grinder and where to buy it, for general household use?

i paid £25 for a B&D angle grinder - 115mm disc - about six or seven years ago, and i got phenomenal use out of it, considering the price.

Yup, I would second B&D, I have one for 4 or 5 years and still going strong.
