Does anyone else remember an old cartoon from the eighties called once upon a time or similar. Episodes were in the human body and there was a guy with a big red nose. And no, I'm not stoned, just reminscing with some friends!

There was a similiar cartoon around the same time that had a boy wearing blue and a girl in red. There was also some sort of sidekick animal or creature. It used to cover a lot of advanced science such as relativity and time dilation. One episode had Einstein in it. Anyone else remember it?
