Irish Broadband - Wireless be Wireless?!?

    Sorry about the dodgy title!!

    If i plug an Irish Broadband Hub into a wireless router will I be able to access wireless throughout the house?

    Yes - IBB "modem" goes into the WAN port of wireless router and away you go. Note this is a wireless router, not a wireless ADSL modem/router.

    Ripwave AND Breeze services requires a router to use it with multiple PCs with the service. A linksys wrt54G or similar is perfect for this. Router must be a BROADBAND router...ie, with a WAN RJ-45 port. Don't forget to turn wireless security on the router.

    With Breeze it will work fine. With Ripwave it will work but not until the IP is released which is around every 15 mins so dont be worried if it takes a few minutes to work.
