Lads and Ladies, mate's laptop is having a bit of a wierd problem. Lads and Ladies, mate's laptop is having a bit of a wierd problem. When he is typing on the keyboard on the laptop, and using any of the keys where the function key can also be used, that other key is being displayed. Bloody hell this is hard to explain.

If he types any of the following there number equivalent is being displayed:
u,i,o,p,j,k,l,m.

Does anybody know if the function key can be disabled from the BIOS and how would this be done? or has anyone know of any other solution.
