Transferring itunes to MP3

i have a creative zen mp3 player and im not able to transfer tracks bought from itunes onto my mp3,any suggestions? the file format of the tracks are m4p they only play in itunes(wont work in media player) im able to transfer podcasts from itunes to my mp3 alright cos they are in mp3 format but it wont let me change songs…

iTunes allows you to burn your tracks as audio CDs, so you can then rip them to any format you like after that.
