OK so that sounds like a major case of stress to me.

My advice would firstly try to relax - get some healing, have a massage, try to do something that really interests you and relaxes you

If that doesn't work then I would suggest going to your GP and see what advice they can give you. You may get a lot of advice saying you're depressed go to your GP but I think personally I would try the relaxing route first.

This happens to everyone at various points in their lives, try not to worry about it

    Good luck

Nah you're not going crazy. Put that right out of your mind. As ladybirdirl wrote, it sounds like common or garden stress, which is not so common or garden if it's happening to you.

I can't really add anything to ladybirdirl's good advice other than to say it's happened to others before you and it'll happen to others after you're ok. Just realise there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Let me guess, you can recite the dead parrot sketch verbatim as well, or as you're obviously of a more recent date of birth, the fast show? Your mates must get such a kick of of that.

I would go to the doc and get a blood test. The feeling wound up and not being able to sleep (with no 'obvious' stress trigger) can indicate a hormonal problem. Are you losing weight?

Doctor - blood test - sort out - put mind at rest.

Any recent changes in medication, pill (if female), diet, drinkng, smoking, recreational drugs, sleeping patterns, exercise routine, job, school, relationship (b/f or g/f), or residence? If so, see your GP for a consultation or referral? If not medical, perhaps a good heart to heart talk with a good friend?

I have recently become unsure of my relationship and am under a little strain at work but to be honest.. not enough to cause stress.. not of that level anyway... I started to have panic attacks.. I thought i was having a heart attack..lol.. Thank you for all your advice.. I am trying mot to go to my gp as they are too quick to hand out anti depresants.. I dont want to go down that route..Mabye I just need a good oul cry... I dont do it often enough.. thanks again'

Nobody mentioned anti-depressants and I realise many people have a 'thing' about medication like them, but please do not use that as an excuse not to go to the doctor.

Your symptoms sound very similar to a hormonal condition my aunt had. A simple blood test would at least rule that out. Untreated it can cause you a lot of trouble. Is your pulse rate very high?

Go to the doctor and get a blood test.

If for some reason the doctor mentions anti-depressants, emphasise that you would prefer to explore other options first.
