Hey I have a Morgan Viaccess 4100 bought from Maplin not too long ago.it was perfect and had an art card for the footie but now it only turns on for a few minutes and looses power altogether !!!!!!! Please can someone tell me whats wrong only have it for a month is it still under guarentee??

Maplin are very good.

If you bought with credit card they will know you bought it. Otherwise a recipt is needed.

They are not cheapest but at least are decent on the customer service (if you are polite )

Sooner you go back the better.

Make sure the problem is not a damaged cable or faulty LNB. Is there a picture for a few minutes? If so it is the receiver
