want to divide a .rm video file

trying to find some freeware to divide a rm video i have into smaller sections. I found a few but they don't really work as output is all messed up. Can someone recommend a good program to download?

Try R.E.V.E. in the RM utilities thread on Doom9 though I don't know if the links are still working as RM has been dying as a format. You could have a hunt around video helps tool section there is bound to be something else there.
