light headed

I know this forum is a medical forum or for offering medical advice but jst wanna see if anyone else has had this issue lately I have been gettin really lite headed wen i stand up a couple of times a day like a hea rush but it is really bad in the mornin wen i feel lite headed i usually have to step out of the shower 2/3…
