PS3 controller price!!

Another damned expense!! Anyone know where i can get a cheap SIXAXIS controller? Their coming out at about EUR 55 on ebay which is fairly steep. Play asia have them for EUR 35 but apparently they are region protected and they dont have an PAL version. Dam you Sony!! Is it possible to connect a PS2 controller?

dont think they are region protected , i bought one from japan and it works perfect on my US ps3

I think when converted to our prices it's somewhere between €50-55.
I asked GAME if they knew how much they would be charging and they didn't know, it can be assumed as high as possible though.
