Your Ps3 plan

Just want to know what everyones plans are for when or if they are going to buy the ps3.
Personally, im getting an xbox360 in a few months (getting a HDTV then!) and then maby/probably a ps3 in a year or two(or 3!). If blu-ray flops and the 360 has the same games as the ps3 then I dont think i'll bother getting one at all.

I'm getting one on launch, just like I did with the Wii.
And I won't be looking back on terms of even considering a 360.
What games are people here planning on getting with it?

got a 360 at launch, and a Wii... i'll be getting a ps3 at launch too. have mine pre-booked and i'm putting €100 a week into the fund, so i don't go off spending the money on shiny things in the meantime.

if blu-ray flops then so be it, i don't plan on buying "next gen" movies much if they're more expensive then their DVD counter-parts (DVD's still look beautiful on my HD-tv). though having a ps3 will mean i'll pick blu-ray over hd-dvd right off the bat. sales in america show that's the case generally anyway...

as for games, it's mandatory to get an f1 game with a new playstation. then there's resistence & motorstorm. i'll see what else is out then when the time comes.

put a deposit in gamestop before christmas and i got charged only 50 euro

i still dont know will i pick up a pal ps3 and sell my american ps3
or keep with the american ps3??????
