Just sent my V3x back to Motorola (Via the Vodafone shop it was bought in) as the bluetooth wouldnt work on it. I even had the phone changed for a new V3x and the bluetooth still wouldnt work

Just wondering if anyone else had any problems with theirs? If they got it fixed and how long it took. The girl in the shop reckoned they should have it back within the week...

My V3x wouldnt find anyother devices at all, other people would be able to find me but it usually bombed out when someone tried to send me something.
I'll let ya know what happenes when I get it back from Motorola any hows :)

EXACTLY the same thing happens to me. I tried my mum and my mates bluetooth on their Sharp GX17's but I couldn't find them, only they could find me. And when they sent me something I also got the error. Let me know how it goes because I may have to take my V3x back to the store as well.

    Thanks :)

I recently had an experience sending files from a Motorola phone, where it would top out at 10KB/sec every time, even when every other phone would give me at least 60KB/sec.

At this stage, and after reading some reports here, I have come to the conclusion that Motorola sucks. Their phones are faulty out of the factory. If you want a phone that works, don't get a Motorola.

In particular after someone posted about troubles with the brand new V3xx, I will never again recommend Motorola to anyone for any purpose.

Yeah, I've noticed that transferring anything to other phones via bluetooth from my Motorola L6 is the very same as described. Works sometimes, not others. Always works to/from my PC for some reason...
