Adjustments to Dell outlet order possible?

Can anyone tell me if its possible to make adjustments to a Dell Outlet order? I ordered a laptop tonight but I'd like to upgrade the battery from 6cell to 9cell, and I also want them to send me an operating system CD. Should I just ring their sales line and get them to amend the order? Or is this already in its box…

I was under the impression that everything sold by the Dell Outlet was already built and ready to go... But maybe it's not the case. Give them a ring in the morning though, you never know!
Good luck getting through though. I tried ringing them one afternoon and they just refused to answer the phone... :rolleyes:
