NTL Go Digital Select pack Channel Listing

Had anybody got channel listings for the NTL Go Digital Select pack that costs €4.50 a month, I currently have the Go Digital Max pack for for €9.50 a month and was wondering what the difference between the 2 was. There's no information on their website.
