pbx system/phones not ringing

OK I know this is a shot in the dark but I'm gonna try anyway. Our phones will not ring after the power circuit was tripped on the PBX. Being that this is in an office in Cork and I'm in Dublin I can't determine the make of the system. Even so would anyone have any idea what the problem might be. The calls are coming in…

The calls are coming in and they have voice it's just that the phones will not ring.

Has the power being restored and are the still not ringing ?

Without knowing more, I'd guess a ring circuit fuse is gone.. this can be a simple job to replace, or a callout ... depending on the make/model/etc.
