I've tried to connect to the wii shop channel around 6 -7 time ssince yesterday. 4 times worked fine but 3 times (once as i type this) the system holds on the "connecting. please wait" screen with the ball constantly going round the ring. This wouldnt be a problem if it was having trouble connecting but I dotn seem to be able to back out of it without pulling the plug. If i hit the home key, a symbol comes up with a house in a stop sign. It's very annoying.Anyone else get this?

Yeah I've got that a few times, but I didn't pull the plug, rather simply held in the power button for a few seconds till the system went into full standby (red light as opposed to the amber of partial standby) and simply turned it on again then. Just pulling the power cord out wouldn't be something I'd recommend to anyone...
