IBB throttling torrent ports?

I've been using IBB and lately all my torrents downloads are really slow, even on private torrents. Downloading anything else gives me full speed, apart from torrents. Usually 300MB torrents will take 3-4 hours the most, now taking more than 24 hours. Anyone else experiencing the same?
