nokia 6111 change web settings

hi all, bought nokia 6111 on o2 top up and got it unlocked to vodafone sim ,my problem is i cant send pic messages as o2 web settings are on mobile any one got any ideas how to change or fix this some help would be really appreacited , thanks willoco........:cool:
