What did you think at first?

Me:

First, that our beloved Bertie was in some sort of danger.

Next, that the Brits/Americans were up to sth.

Next, some form of terrorism.

Next, it actually is aliens. surprisingly, i wasn't that surprised (<---simu goes crazeh).

And finally, it dawned on me it was a joke.

Well, this was all very fast and i didn't sleep much last night...:eek:

My 4-y-o almost **** himself. Wouldn't go to bed, scared the be-jaysus out of him. They maybe shudda thought of the little 'uns that'd be allowed to stay up until 10, before deciding to put it out.

All I heard for the next 30 mins. was 'the aliens, the aliens!'

At approx. 3.35am, my lad will be in to us, nightmares about aliens. Guaranteed.

Oh my god i was so scared(yes im 20) First i thought it was terrorist attack, then i was like 'its aliens aghhhhh' and i was telling my parents i was sleeping in their bed!!frightening stuff for kiddies tv!!

Ah lads I can't believe yee all fell for it...come on. Just a warning on xmas eve they usually have a special newsflash on rte about magical happenings in the north pole so don't be too alarmed.

On a more serious note though, I'd say it frightened alot of kids, my kids were like "Mammy is it real are there really aliens?" They were frightened I had to tell them it was santa he was checkin out things in ireland. So wasn't impressed with rte when they knew young kids would be watching and they take everything they are told seriously!

The toy show is inquitus rubbish. But Late late not much better. Though improved since previous person gone ywho sneered at anything he didn't like.
