Just picked up an iomega 500gb external hard-disk for €200 in Harvey Norman in Naas. Seems a bargain. They had about 30 of the drives left in that store. No idea if they are doing it in their other stores.

Same down here in cork. Iomega 500gb external hd 200euro in sound store.
    Seems a good price alright.

It will use the next available drive letter. If your last drive is D: (probably your cd/dvd drive) then it will show up as E:

Is it this one? Everything is cheap across the pond, but thats no good hear I suppose, I think I will have to checkout the new Drogheda store this weekend.

Good price, cheapest 500GB I could find was one of those Westie hard drives at Komplett for 262 eurons. Windows will just pick it up and assign a letter to it automatically (normally anyway).
