Oh no not a thread on the X factor ...! But sure I cant find one on it...

Anyway...anyone else watching this? I think Leona (spelling?) will win. Did anyone see her sing 'Sorry seems to be the hardest word'? It was breathtaking - absolutely amazing. I would pay money for that if she were to release it as a single.

No, it is utter shíte. Admittedly I'd watch the odd time when nothing else is on though...

the x factor is crap, now, its brilliant in the first few weeks when all the mantally disturbed people that think they are the next madonna are on and when simon cowell takes the piss out of them and generally slags the arse off them.
when the talent kicks in its just another wannabe show

and what really pisses me off is when that kate thornton says 'we are going around the uk looking for all the talent' and then mentions dublin. we arent british.
does anybody remember the interview with her and samuel l. jackson when he came down on her like a ton of bricks for saying colin farrell was british. and does anybody have a link to a video of the interview

I'm 95% there is no video as it was a GMTV interview.. and not live. So of course to save face, they didn't wanna show it. But a crew member leaked a transcript / details of it.

Ah yeah, the x factor is at its best when doing the auditions cos it's hilarious. did anyone see the evil aul one? she was like 80 years old or something and when simon said she couldnt sing she gave him the eviest look ever. But even when it gets to the live show I admit to liking it - even just to see the competiveness between the 3 judges - and how bitchy they can be!
