Is Nemesis or Salamander avaialable for the Xbox 1?

Just got to discussing these arcade classics tonight and got to wondering if they were ever available for the old skool Xbox or, failing that, the PC? I'm guessing maybe on one of those old coin-op compilations but I kind of have a feeling I'm going to be told about emulators and ROMs. But I don't understand that whole…

Konami have a Salamander compliation coming out for the psp.

Dont know if that helps.
