Payments on Betfair

Hi
I recently aquired a laser\Maestro card mainly for use on betfair.
When I tried to register my card in order to deposit funds onto my account but it would not let me and after a couple of unsuccessful attempts, my account became suspended.
There is a laser symbol displayed as a form of payment but Im not sure if the Laser\Maestro combination card can be used.

Anyone have this difficulty before??

Betfair do accept laser, so Im not sure what the problem was. Try the helpline (1800 944 000) They are usually very quick at responding. They usually reply to e-mail within a couple of hours too: info@betfair.com

I had a similar problem as they kept asking me for the security code on the back of the card (which credit cards have but laser cards don't). They got back to me telling me to use the security code 111 whenever i deposit.

Same with me, i was told to type in 999 though.
