No - Its A Good Show
I read that they were gonna finish the storyline after the 13 episodes anyhow, like a mini-24.

Yeah, someone attached a note to a carrier pigeon for me that said "13 episodes are all that's planned"

I was looking out the window one night, and I saw a light blinking. At first I thought it was just a shoddy light except when I recorded it and then translated it with morse code, it actually was saying "13 episodes, that is all".
    Crazy stuff.

Both Kidnapped and Vanished have been told to wrap up their storylines after thirteen episodes although they had a goal of 22. Now, Traveller on ABC has gotten its episode order cut from 13 to 8 in case that it doesn;t come back for another series. Also, Daybreak on ABC is a limited seires of 13 episode with the potion of returning next year if it is a success. It seems that networks have to re-evaluate their expectations and plans so the audiences don't get burned. People now aren;t watching Six Degrees because the ratings are terrible and don't want to follow the show and not get a resolution. Maybe the networks should only order less episodes and resolve the show in case it doesn't come back and therefore gain the trust of the viewer again.

Oh so the original plan was 22 but the new plan was for 13?

How many episodes is this thing likely to be wrapped up in?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 481 ✭✭SoSueMe

Both Kidnapped and Vanished have produced 13 epsides and the remaining unaired ones out of the thirteen will be put on nbc.com and fox.com

I wonder what it was like for the cast making the final few episodes as a glorified internet show.
